In the Silent Sittings we meditate together. It is very wonderful to feel the connection without words.  Let yourself be guided into your body, into your being, and share the silence together. 

In the online studygroup we explore how to apply the ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita into our present day to day lives.

In a mentoring session we meet one-on-one to assist the natural unfolding of your spiritual transformation. To be seen and truly heard is very simple and yet so profound. 

WHO AM I?

The ONE question that led me to where I am now:

"Who am I?". 

 As a forensic criminologist I searched for the answer within the mind. As a full-time model I searched for the answer within the body. And eventually I have been found by the answer through the grace of the Advaita Zen tradition. 

From there on, my path went into a deep spiritual transformation, thanks to the loving guidance of De Nieuwe Yogaschool, Sri Mooji and my current teacher Sat Shree.

To now be able and share practices on this path of self-discovery, fulfills my heart. And as nobody could ever teach you how to be your true self, I can only hold space for you to unwind what you are not. I welcome you to come home in yourself and rest in that what is beyond words, the pure radiance of your true being.
